Application

Step 1

Students wanting to study with us have to be selected and nominated by their home university. Once the nomination has been accepted by us, students will receive an email with a link to register themselves in our Mobilty Online system.

Step 2

Students are required to upload the following documents in the Mobility Online system before the relevant deadline:

  • Confirmation of English language proficiency
    Students have to give proof that they meet our Language requirements.
  • Certified official transcript of records (in English)
    A transcript of records is a (temporary) overview of all study results students have obtained since the beginning of their degree programme. It needs to be an official document sealed and signed by the home university.
    Master students also have to provide a copy of their Bachelor's diploma, as well as a transcript of records of both their Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes.
  • Scan of your valid passport/ID card
    Please note that we need this information to verify whether you will need a visa or residence permit for your study in the Netherlands. We only need to see the following information: full name, date of birth, place of birth, country of birth, date of expiry. Please feel free to blur all other information.

Step 3

After acceptance, the student will receive information about all practical matters such as student accommodation and visa application.
