Candidates must be:

• Paraguay nationals;
• Candidates (conditionally) accepted into a top university according to at least one of the following rankings:
  • ARWU
  • QS World Ranking
  • THE
  • CONICYT Chile, and
• Fulfill other requirements.

• Approx. 1,445 euros as monthly allowance.
• Tuition and fees according to the programme.
• Medical insurance fee.
• Moving support.

Paraguay National Government: Becal

Around 40 for S&T PhDs, 15 for education PhDs, 35 for S&T masters, and 35 for education masters. Subject to funding.
