Candidates must be:
- Paraguay nationals;
- Candidates (conditionally) accepted into a top university according to at least one of the following rankings:
- ARWU
- QS World Ranking
- THE
- CONICYT Chile, and
- Fulfill other requirements.
- Approx. 1,445 euros as monthly allowance.
- Tuition and fees according to the programme.
- Medical insurance fee.
- Moving support.
Paraguay National Government: Becal
Around 40 for S&T PhDs, 15 for education PhDs, 35 for S&T masters, and 35 for education masters. Subject to funding.
