Eligible candidates:

Thai nationals, who must pass the selective OCSC exam to become recipients.

Grant information:

Programmes: no limitation, except if the scholarship supports a specific government agency.

Full scholarship for tuition and cost of living. Applicants must be Thai civil servants. The recipients have an obligation to come back and work for the government agencies for two times the study period. If they do not work for the government, scholars have to pay back three times the money sponsored by the government.

Available positions:

Recipients are pre-selected, and must secure admission from Higher Education Institutions recognized by the OCSC (University of Groningen and UMCG currently recognized). Prospective and selected recipients may approach UG and UMCG directly, or can be met at the annual OCSC International Education Expo  (usually early November, but not this year; the next OCSC Fair is expected in 2022.)

Deadline:

The application window for OCSC usually occurs in December of each year.
