| Eligible candidates: |
Candidates must be:
- Peruvian
- Have obtained the degree of previous studies. PhD candidates can apply directly from a bachelor degree.
- High performing students in their previous degree.
- Accepted into the destination HEI
- Able to prove a family income lower than seven times the minimal vital remuneration in Peru.
- Able to prove 1 year of work experience.
- Able to prove good professional/academic profile after graduation.
- Earning less than 7 times the minimal vital remuneration of Peru.
- Free from debt of more than seven times the minimal vital remuneration
- Healthy (mentally and physically) to start and finish their studies.
