- UAE citizen from Ras Al Khaimah
- Unconditional admission to eligible degree program/professional qualification
- Clean academic integrity and student conduct records
- University Academic Record : Minimum 3.5 GPA in prior bachelor/master degree(s)
- IELTS: 7.0
- PhD degree: confirmed scholarship from the Ministry of Education
- Successful Scholarship Office interview
Ministry of Education-sponsored applicants receive monthly stipends. Full scholarships (tuition, stipend, insurance, travel) for strategic master's programs
