- as proof of identity when you register for and sit exams
- to use the facilities of the Sports Centre if the card is 'geACLOtiveerd'.
When will I receive my University card?
If you have completed your registration, you will receive your University card at home or you will receive an email message with information where you can collect the University card. This depends on your correspondence address:
- If you have a Dutch correspondence address, the University card will be sent to this address.
- If you have a non-Dutch correspondence address, you must follow the procedure mentioned below:
- You wait until you receive an email about collecting your University card.
- After you have received the email, you can make an appointment online with Student Information & Administration.
Please note, If you are abroad due to online education, you may opt to receive your student card at your address abroad. This is a temporary option, and students who choose to receive the card abroad do so at their own risk. Please contact the Student Information & Administration for more information.
