GCE A2 levels (British Examination Board)
General end level requirement
For an equivalent level of the Dutch pre-university diploma (VWO) you will need the following:

Minimum of 3 academic* GCE A2-levels with grades A* to C
* The following A-levels are not accepted due to being too vocationally oriented or skills based:
Accounting, Art & Design, Dance, Design & Technology, Design & Textiles, Drama, Information Technology, Music, Music Technology, Travel and Tourism, Global Perspectives & Research, Thinking Skills, (Applied) General Studies (Business/Science), Extended Project, Critical Thinking, General Paper
Important:
We can only take A-level curricula into consideration if the GCE A-level certificate will be obtained.

* Although we are aware of the limitations of the A-level educational system when it comes to the amount of subjects usually taken, the subject-specific requirements have been established on the basis of comparison to the requirements for Dutch VWO (pre-university education) applicants. Therefore, the subject-specific requirements for all four mentioned subjects in case of the BSc Biology have to be met. If applicable, a deficiency can be lifted by obtaining one of the accepted certificates for (a) relevant subject(s) from the relevant Faculty.
