GCE A2 levels (British Examination Board)

General end level requirement

For an equivalent level of the Dutch pre-university diploma (VWO) you will need the following:

  • Minimum of 3 academic* GCE A2-levels with grades A* to C

* The following A-levels are not accepted due to being too vocationally oriented or skills based:
Accounting, Art & Design, Dance, Design & Technology, Design & Textiles, Drama, Information Technology, Music, Music Technology, Travel and Tourism, Global Perspectives & Research, Thinking Skills, (Applied) General Studies (Business/Science), Extended Project, Critical Thinking, General Paper

Important:
We can only take A-level curricula into consideration if the GCE A-level certificate will be obtained.

Course descriptions will need to be provided to be assessed by the Admissions Board. If the board deems the level and/or contents insufficient, it is possible to obtain a Dutch pre-university (VWO) Mathematics A or B certificate from CCVX or Boswell Beta.

If applicable, a deficiency can be lifted by obtaining one of the accepted certificates for the relevant subject(s) from the relevant Faculty.
