Proof payment tuition fees (BBC) for other Dutch educational institution
A proof payment tuition fees (BBC) is a document showing that you have paid the statutory tuition fees. You will need this proof if, in addition to the University of Groningen, you also want to be enrolled at another higher education institution in the Netherlands.
You can request a proof of payment of tuition fees as follows:
-
You can indicate in Studielink that you wish to pay using a Tuition fees payment receipt. If you fully enrolled, a BBC will be requested automatically.
-
If you are unable to request a BBC in Studielink, you can complete the statements form and the BBC will be sent to the institution where you wish to enroll.
Before a BBC can be issued, you have to be fully enrolled. This also means that your tuition fees payment or direct debit mandate must have been processed.
Proof of payment tuition fees (for other organisations or third parties)
A proof of payment of tuition fees can be issued if you need it for an organisation or third party, for example, to apply for a loan or for a government agency.
