Do you need support in using your workplace or other services of CIT? Many answers can be found quickly and easily online via Iris.
Iris is the self-service portal of CIT and is available 24 hours a day. Iris has an extensive knowledge base in which you can search for yourself. Via Iris, you can also ask your question directly to us.

on Thursdays we are unreachable by phone from 12:00 to 13:00.
Special opening hours during the Summer
From July 13 -August 21 (weeks 29-34) our desks are open from 8:30 till 16:00.
Please note: the desk in the Harmonie building (CIT Service Desk and AV Support) will be closed on Friday 10 July, Friday 31 July and Friday 7 August
