It is 70 years ago that Frits Zernike received the Nobel Prize for Physics. To reflect on this, there will be a symposium on Friday 3 November at the Zernike Campus in Groningen. There are several speakers, including the youngest Groningen Nobel Prize winner Ben Feringa and the grandson of Frits Zernike. The evening program takes place in the city center of Groningen. There is also a public day microscopy.
