Networking is one of the most effective ways of getting a first job. The Alumni Office would like to help current students in connecting with young alumni to talk about finding a job abroad during the CareerCafé.
About 10% of University of Groningen alumni take up an international career. Our alumni work in cities like: New York, London, Paris, Bangalore, Turin, and many more.
During the CareerCafé they will share their experience of living and working. You can easily select the alum you would like to talk to during the online session.
Curious? Just register online. This is a great opportunity to connect with an alum who works in the city and/or company you would like to join, learn from their personal career story and get tips on how to start a successful career. Practical information
You can register via Eventbrite for a one hour online session depending on the location of the alumni. During the online meeting a maximum of 9 alumni can join the session. The event is on a first come, first served basis. So, don’t hesitate too long but, try to connect with an alum who works and lives in your favorite city.
Online: 20 April, 13:00 - 14:00 hrs and 20:00 - 21:00 hrs.
