How to create, monitor, and demonstrate educational impact together

Are you a teacher or educational professional interested in creating educational impact through practice-related research? An impact approach applies change theory to explain the challenges you face and provides a structured way to develop solutions and create impact together.

In this interactive workshop, organised by the Community of Practice in Research in Higher Education of the Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL), you will learn how an impact approach can help you systematically identify educational challenges, develop evidence-informed solutions, and understand their intended impact in your course, programme, or educational project. 

The workshop offers plenty of opportunities to exchange ideas and experiences with colleagues and to consider how the approach could support your own educational challenges and ambitions. We will also share information about opportunities for educational grants.
