Schedule

Unfortunately, our new registration system often experiences start-up problems, as a result of which many of our participants aren’t able to register themselves. We would like to offer our sincere apologies to everyone who has experienced or is currently experiencing such problems. At the moment, we are doing everything that we can to ensure that the new system works flawlessly as soon as possible. Are you having problems registering? Read what you can do here.

Paying with a DUO Loan

N.B. the Language Centre satisfies the Blik op Werk quality standard. This means that course participants who are obliged to participate in a civic integration programme can use their loan from the Education Executive Agency (DUO) to pay for their Dutch language course. The obligation to participate in a civic integration programme applies to all course participants who have not yet gained their civic integration certificate or passed the State Examination in Dutch as a Second Language.

If you have already passed the Inburgering A2 course or the State Examination for Programme I (B1) or II (B2), you no longer have this obligation and are thus not permitted to use a DUO loan for the course. If you want to use your DUO loan for the course, you should therefore not take any exams until after you have completed the course.

Course Material

This book is not included in the course fee, but you can buy this book at the secretariat when you register for the course.

  • Nederlands naar perfectie, 2015, 1st edition (Publisher: Coutinho)
Emily Palmer, Miranda van 't Wout
    ISBN: 9789046904527
    Price: € 42.95

N.B. You must purchase your own copy of the textbook for the Dutch courses. It is illegal to photocopy the textbook. Participants will not be allowed to proceed to the next level if they do not have their own textbook. If participants do not have their own textbook after 3 lessons, or are using a copy, they will have to leave the course. In such cases the Language Centre cancellation procedure will apply. The costs of the course will be charged in full and no reimbursements will be possible. Registration cannot be transferred to a subsequent course either.

Please note that courses will be cancelled if there are not enough participants. You will be informed of this no later than 5 days before the start of the course. It is a good idea not to buy your book before then.
