SuSo Lunch Webinar: 'Changing the Landscape by Changing our Diet'

The Sustainable Society Lunch Webinar 'Changing the Landscape by Changing our Diet' is hosted by our research group Sustainable Landscapes. In this webinar prof. dr. John Hoeks and assistant professor João Graça (Faculty of Arts) will take the floor. They investigate how communication can be used to empower and engage people in the transition toward increasingly plant-based diets. During the webinar they will present two ongoing research projects. Social psychologist dr. Susanne Täuber (Faculty of Economics & Business) will join as a co-referent. She will elaborate on whether a vegan life is possible without polarizing the population.
