Conference: fifty years Documentatiecentrum Nederlandse Politieke Partijen (DNPP)

The DNPP is organising a 2-day conference to celebrate its 50th anniversary from 9-10 november 2023.

The programme follows, but has already quite a few great confirmed speakers lined up.

Prof. dr. Susan Scarrow (Houston) will open with a keynote speech on 9 november entitled 'Fit for Future? Political Parties in the Twenty-First Century’ (in English).

The second day will be mostly in Dutch, and consists of a workshop where practitioners will meet with academic experts in four parallel sessions around the themes of professionalisation, personalisation, mediatisation and regulation. There will be keynotes in Dutch by prof. dr. Sarah de Lange (opening) and prof. dr. Ruud Koole (closing).
