The Language Centre at the University of Groningen is resuming its English for Professionals language courses in March. These courses teach you to speak and write English as a professional, so that you will feel completely at home in your dealings with international contacts.

Language is an essential tool if you want to be a success on the international business market. The Language Centre has been leading the market for 30 years, which makes it the ideal partner. Our expertise in teaching languages and intercultural skills means that the courses we offer correspond perfectly with your professional field.

Annet Huisman, head of the Language Centre’s English Department: ‘Every business setting is different: you need different skills for writing policy documents in English than you do for negotiating a deal with an English native speaker. Our courses boost your confidence and language skills, so that you can achieve your goals.’
