Effective writing is an important skill in any professional setting. Whether you are writing extended emails or official letters, policy briefs or business reports, internal memorandums or website content, you need to know how to tailor your writing style to suit these different types of documents.
This course provides a dynamic, practical and skills-based training for your career. Working in small groups and using a hands-on approach, you will improve your writing skills and strengthen your confidence to use English in various situations.
- Developing writing skills for different audiences and in different contexts across a variety of genres
- Increasing clarity, accuracy and coherence in written texts
- Expanding vocabulary
- Improving overall writing skills based on your needs
In order to establish your current writing level in English, we would like you to send us three pieces of writing from your own working environment. Whenever possible, please provide three different types, such as e-mails, reports, formal letters, policy briefs or minutes. They can even be texts that you have already written but have not been edited.
Once you have registered for any of the English Writing Courses for Professionals, please send the three texts to email@example.com before 1st November 2019. Please indicate which level you have registered for.
Unfortunately, our new registration system often experiences start-up problems, as a result of which many of our participants aren’t able to register themselves. We would like to offer our sincere apologies to everyone who has experienced or is currently experiencing such problems. At the moment, we are doing everything that we can to ensure that the new system works flawlessly as soon as possible. Are you having problems registering? Read what you can do here.
