Data Science Center in Health (DASH) presents a new DASH Mini Lecture: Anonymization & Pseudonymization. The lecture is given by Marie-José Bonthuis, Privacy/IT Lawyer and external Data Protection Officer for Lifelines. In the lecture she explains the dynamic process of anonymization/pseudonymization and how just removing the direct identifiers is not enough. She demonstrates how subjects can be identified indirectly and which techniques you can use to prevent this.
