The DCC team consists of employees of the University Library and the Centre for Information Technology, who cooperate closely with research support experts within their own institutions and the faculties.
Your request
Every request made to the DCC will be registered in our service management system as a “call” with a specific ID, and a case manager will be assigned to it. If we have handled your request to your satisfaction, we will close your call.

When submitting a request, describe your question or issue in as much detail as possible. If we need additional information or specific files to help you, we will contact you and explain how to share them securely. |
After handling your request, we will kindly ask you to participate in our customer satisfaction survey to help us improve our service.
