Digital Competence Centre

The DCC team consists of employees of the University Library and the Centre for Information Technology, who cooperate closely with research support experts within their own institutions and the faculties.

To keep researchers and research supporters updated on all things related to data management, privacy & protection and related IT solutions, the DCC uses an e-mail list on which you can receive news and invitations to thematic events.


If your prefer to send an e-mail, you can address it to: dcc (make sure to use your UG-email address).

Your request

Every request made to the DCC will be registered in our service management system as a “call” with a specific ID, to which a case manager will be assigned. If we have handled your request to your satisfaction we will close your call.

After handling your request we will kindly ask you to participate in our customer satisfaction survey to help us improve our service.
