Communicative Skills for Secretaries

Audience: Secretaries, English verbal and writing skills level B1.

The course for secretaries cover the basics of verbal and/or written skills. There is a focus on job - related tasks such as speaking skills (face- to - face and on the phone), writing emails or memos, and giving information and general instructions. Intercultural aspects are interwoven into the course as well. The teacher will preferably deal with literacy skills by incorporating department specific material  if and where necessary.
