Would you like to learn Japanese or expand your basic knowledge of Japanese? The University of Groningen Language Centre offers beginners’ courses in Japanese at four levels. The first course introduces you to the Japanese language and culture and teaches you your first words and phrases. In the follow-up courses, you will also learn to read the Japanese characters hiragana, katakana and kanji, and you will find it increasingly easy to hold a conversation in Japanese!

Are you going abroad for an internship or an exchange and did you receive the Japanese Language Assessment Form from the Japanese University to be filled in by a teacher?
