This course focuses on effective teaching and setting the stage for lectures geared towards an international group. During this course the language and communication skills on academic style that will be improved on are:

• preparing lectures and presentations
• giving (trial) lectures
• giving and receiving feedback
• answering questions from the audience
• intercultural aspects

A recording of your own lecture will be used as input for the sessions. This course includes a private session with the trainer for individual feedback.
