Available now at the University and the UMCG: Cochrane's Review Manager (RevMan 5).
Review Manager helps the user, step by step, in writing a review. It also contains other aids which help the user in making a meta-analysis.
“RevMan 5 is the software used for preparing and maintaining Cochrane Reviews. RevMan facilitates preparation of protocols and full reviews, including text, characteristics of studies, comparison tables, and study data. It can perform meta-analysis of the data entered, and present the results graphically”.
Access to Review Manager
On a University pc: you can find Review Manager in the menu via the Start button.
On a UMCG-pc: you can ask the functional network administrator at your department for an account for Review Manager.
Review Manager is free available for download on your laptop.
