Working at CIC

At the Customer Insights Center (CIC) of the University of Groningen, you’ll work on projects that contribute to customer satisfaction and the performance of various large organizations. The CIC is an interdisciplinary center where students, faculty, and researchers collaborate with companies to generate and apply customer insights.

As a staff member, you’ll be involved in designing research, analyzing data, and presenting results to companies. You’ll work with a team of professionals from various disciplines and develop your skills in customer research, data analysis, and consulting.
