Become our partner and receive our research-based advice
We make our expertise available to a limited number of organisations, both profit and non-profit, that are seeking a top-level academic partner. This partnership takes the form of a dedicated, research-based advisory relationship with a top-level management team, focusing on specific questions about leadership and performance in the broadest sense. It is our firm conviction that organisations can be better informed about new research findings than they are at present. Consultancy companies generally do not make maximum use of the results of academic research. We are skilled and experienced researchers who also have a practical background in fields such as consulting and policymaking. This means we are in a position 1) to quickly diagnose the issues that organisations are grappling with, and 2) to combine this diagnosis with a sharp, crystal-clear picture of the relevant research findings.
Prompted by a specific question, problem or dilemma with a partner organisation, we offer an attractive research-based analysis of a problem, based on the latest insights from current research –not just our own. We translate this research into possible implications for the organisation, by asking what these results mean for the organisation, what the possible alternatives are, etc.
Our approach can be characterized as no-nonsense and research-based. We do not prescribe standard solutions, nor do we dictate the rules to top managers. Instead, we reflect on results and discuss possible alternatives, together with top management.
Because we know that sharing knowledge and experience with respect to leadership is highly relevant for organisations, we offer our partners tailored sessions. These are held in Amsterdam for a limited number of people, on themes that we feel are of vital significance to our partners. We select professionals and executives from relevant organisations to participate (by invitation only). In addition, we invite speakers from the academic world, policy institutions and other opinion leaders to present their ideas.
