What can you reserve?
With the reservation tool you can reserve a seat or a group room at these locations:

Silent Study Areas - only single seats without computer
Medical Library - group rooms and single seats with and without computer
Seats without reservation
There are more than 50 seats in the Medical Library for which no reservation is required. These can be recognized by the sticker on the table 'No reservation necessary'. On the interactive map these tables remain white after you click on 'Show Availability'.
How to book and check in?
In short:

If you have opened the reservation tool, choose a location by clicking a map

Click on the desired start time and then choose an end time.

Click 'Show Availability'. Available seats now turn green.

Then select the desired study place or group room on the map and book

You can book up to a month in advance.

Save your confirmation email, because it contains the code you need when checking in

On arrival, check in with the QR code on your table (or ask at the lending desk, we can also check you in)
