What does an interlibrary loan request cost?
For staff and students of the UG/UMCG, requests for publications held by other libraries in the Netherlands will remain free of charge for the time being. Requests for publications held by libraries outside of The Netherlands are free for staff only. For other library users and for requests from abroad, see: ILL tariffs.

How do I pay for an interlibrary loan request?
You can pay directly at the Service Desk by debit card. Here you can also collect your publication. For staff and students of the UG/UMCG, requests for publications held by other libraries in the Netherlands will remain free of charge for the time being. For other library users and for requests from abroad, see: ILL tariffs.
