Building plans Healthy Ageing Campus: information market 24 January

18 January 2023

What is being built currently, and in the next 15 years on the Healthy Ageing Campus of the UMCG (University Hospital) and the UG? On Tuesday 24 January, (future) residents and users can visit an information market and presentations in the UMCG. These will also cover the new UG buildings on the north side of the campus: the Anda Kerkhoven Centre (education centre), the University College Groningen (UCG) and the plans for the outdoor space around it. Of interest to staff and students of medical sciences, pharmacy and UCG in particular.

The event on Tuesday 24 January consists of a walk-in market (16.00-20.00h, Fonteinstraat UMCG) and 40-minute presentations (at 17.30 and 18.30h) on the construction masterplan, landscaping the UMCG terrain and the process of developing the area vision. Registration for the presentations (before 21 January 2023) can be done via umcgbouwt@umcg.nl. The walk-in market will also include the UG with information about the Anda Kerkhoven Centre and the UCG (Bloemsingel 1).
