Reserve a study place
Which study places can you reserve at which location?
You can reserve an individual study place or a group room at these two locations:

Medical Library - main location
Group rooms and individual seats (with or without UG computer)
Directions

Medical Library - Silent Study Areas
Individual seats only, without computer
Directions
Seats without reservation
There are more than 50 seats in the Medical Library in the basement for which no reservation is required. These can be recognized by the sticker on the table 'No reservation necessary'.
For example these seats:

Journal tables

Red benches

First row seats 'Hoornse Plas zone'

First row computers (no 1-5)

Workshop room (if there is no workshop)
How to book and check in?

Open the reservation tool

Choose a location
-
Click on the desired start time and then choose an end time.

Click 'Show Availability'. Available seats now turn green.

Select the desired study place or group room on the map and book!
Note:
-
Save your confirmation email, because it contains the code you need when checking in
-
On arrival, check in with the QR code on your table (or ask at the lending desk, we can also check you in)

You can book up to a month in advance
Group rooms
In the Medical Library in the basement, we have group rooms available in various sizes. These rooms are not intended for individual use.
