Eureka! Science Festival

The Schools for Science and Society together organise the Eureka! Science Festival in Forum Groningen. A vibrant festival where science, art and music come together in an evening full of imagination, unexpected encounters and new ideas.
How can we relate to the world around us, which is changing rapidly? And how can you help shape the future? Find out on Friday, September 25, during Eureka!, a vibrant science festival at Forum Groningen. Residents of Groningen, students, researchers, and non-researchers: everyone with a sense of curiosity is welcome! Together we explore the theme: Resilience in times of change.
In the afternoon, there will be a special program for high school students, featuring spectacular science shows, engaging presentations in the Rabo Studio, and interactive exhibits where students can explore scientific topics for themselves.
Eureka! is an initiative of the University of Groningen’s Schools for Science and Society and Forum Groningen. The program was created by these four Schools, Studium Generale, the University Museum, Young Academy Groningen, Science LinX and many other partners. This festival is the successor to the European Researchers’ Night (ERN).
