UB City Centre
The UB City Centre has the following facilities for people with disabilities:

There is a wheelchair-friendly entrance (in the Poststraat). Please ring the door so the reception desk can let you in. If you are a UG student/employee, you can activate your card at the reception desk. After activation, you can open the entrance door yourself.

Doors to the study rooms can be opened with an activated UG card (activation at reception).

The wheelchair-friendly gate can be opened with an activated UG card (activation at reception).

Auditory indication of floor number through a speech chip in the elevators.

Visual indication of floor number inside and outside the elevators.

Braille indication of floor number beside the control buttons inside the elevators.

Tactile indication of floor number through a number of metal knobs corresponding with the current floor number at the end of the bannisters.

Accessible toilets on every floor. Note that these require a University card to open; the reception desk can activate your card for this.

Auditory indication of floor number through a speech chip in the elevators.

The self-service has a height-adjustable counter, for example for people who use a wheelchair.
