UG staff are issued with a personal UG Card. The UG Card can be used to borrow books from all UG libraries or from other libraries. More information, see: ‘Borrowing’.
Your UG account allows you access to digital resources, such as e-journals, e-books, online newspapers or bibliographic databases. You log in with your P-number.
The UB City Centre offers UG researchers a quiet work environment, consisting of work spaces in the Special Collections reading room on the 3rd floor.
In addition, you can find more information on these pages about e.g. the courses and instructions that the University Library offers to UG staff.
If you are a temporary member of staff, you can obtain a library card after being introduced by a UG staff member or on presenting an introduction letter. You can access the e-resources in the University Library on the walk-in PCs. To do so, please report to the service desk.
If you wish to consult the e-resources from your (home) workplace, you can request a guest account. You can do so at your own faculty.
For information on WiFi for visitors, see Wifi (Eduroam).
