Check your personal information in Hora Finita

Please ensure that your personal details in Hora Finita are up to date. You can update some of your personal details at the University of Groningen via My University and others via Pure.

* Via My University, you can update the following: 

• Preferred name
  
• Marital status
  
• Name usage
  
• Title (Dr, Drs, Mr, Ir, Prof. Dr, MA, BA, PhD, …)

How can I change the profile on my staff page myself? Go to the Profile page editor for all the steps and tips.

Want to update your title or personal details? You can do this via Shared Services.
- Go to: MyUniversity > Dashboard > DIY > Shared Services (4th icon) > My details > Personal details
- Select “Update personal details”
- Update your details and click “Modify”
The details updated here are automatically synchronised with your MePa twice a week.

- ORCID; if you do not yet have an ORCID iD, please register and add your ORCID iD to Pure.

Pure is important for PhD students because their thesis is registered in Pure.
(Do not forget to save your Pure profile after making changes.)
