Second GDBC event in DOT: will you join us?

Second GDBC event

The second Groningen Digital Business Centre (GDBC) event will take place on Tuesday 13 November. Following our successful initial event on 3 April, we have once again succeeded in compiling an inspiring programme for you. This time, we would like to invite you to join us at DOT Groningen to hear the latest ins and outs of Digital Business. The event will be concluded with a drinks reception.

Presentation by Wijnand Jongen, CEO of Thuiswinkel.org and member of the GDBC Advisory Board. Subject: 'The future of retail in the light of the digitization of the sector'

4 p.m.

Parallel sessions (ENG): A) Attribution Modeling by P.K. Kannan University of Maryland (USA) or B) Digital Transformation by Thijs Broekhuizen and John Dong (UG)

A) Attribution Modeling with the topics to discuss “How to pick research topics?”, “Where do ideas come from?”, “How to develop a research stream?”, “How to involve companies in academic research?” or
B) Digital Transformation with the topics to discuss ''Can you predict the advent of new digital business models?'', ''When should you digitize your business model?'', ''How to digitally transform your existing business model?''
