Measures for a Healthy Living Environment

The NPG project "Measures for a Healthy Living Environment" aims to identify the legal tools available or needed to improve the health of the living environment. The project is funded by the province and is expected to result in a guideline for municipalities by the end of 2025. We recently conducted a literature review and organized two brainstorming sessions. For the brainstorming session, we invited scholars from various legal sectors and representatives from the field. This way, we connect research and practice. The result is a guideline that offers municipalities insightful and inspiring legal tools to improve the health of their residents.
