Wayfinding

The UB app's wayfinding feature guides you around the UB and locates the facilities you need, including:

• Studios (for 1-2 people, and groups)
• Publications on open shelves (via SmartCat)
• (Accessible) toilets, printers, lockers
• Coffee corners, water taps
• Reflection Room, Newspapers & Magazines, Self-service areas
• Special Collections
• Meeting rooms, roof terraces

Where to find

• At the top left, tap Menu and then Route to access detailed floor plans with icons. Next, tap the search icon in the top right corner to type in what you're looking for. After that, press Go and follow the arrows that will guide you to your destination.
• To get directions to an open-shelf book, look it up in the SmartCat feature in the app first: Menu > Search for Literature. Publications on the open shelves will have a Route button next to the Request button. Then, press Go and follow the arrows that will guide you to your destination.
