Make a reservation for a study place

UG-only weeks: reservation mandatory

Please note that 2 - 28 January 2026 are the UG-only weeks. During this period, reserving a study place in the UB City Centre is compulsory.

During this period around the exam weeks, the UB is only accessible to UG students and staff.

Meeting rooms (staff) and studios

In the UB City Centre, in addition to study/workplaces, there are also studios and several meeting rooms. Which ones are available, and how can you reserve them?

Students can use the following facilities:

Freely accessible
(Please note: except for UG-only periods)

(with and without PC)

(for 1-2 people or for a group)
Reserve studio
