Workflow Add publications with many authors to Pure

Mistakes with author names and affilitations can happen quickly when there are many authors.

Therefore, always send an article (or a paper) with more than 40 authors via the Deposit your article form.

The UB's Metadata department will then take further care of the entry in Pure.
