Adding patents

There are two options to add information about Patents to Pure:

• Automated import: Northern Knowledge (NK) takes care of adding the patents to Pure. The University of Groningen has to be a (co)applicant of the patent.

• Create from a template (manually): Researchers may also add patent publications, such as patent publications registered with a previous employer. Only one patent publication (the earliest publication) for each patent family will be accepted and validated.
