On the Home page, tap + New booking. You can also open the Studios tab from the bottom menu.

Then follow the steps in the app to select your studio type, day and time, and (for group studios) add participants.

To cancel your reservation, tap Cancel booking.

There are two types of studios available for booking at the UB City Centre: studios for 1 or 2 people and group studios.

To book a group studio, you must have at least 3 people included in your reservation - the person making the reservation plus two more participants.

You can add your participants' email addresses or S/P numbers to your reservation so they can access the studio too.

When you reserve two blocks of time in a row, the app will try to reserve the same studio for both blocks. If it's not available (booked by someone else), the app will try to reserve the closest studio instead.

No, you can only book studios via the app. In the UG-only periods, around exam time, you can reserve a regular study place in the study rooms via the LibCal website.

Simply use your University card to open the studio.

Please note: You need to swipe your University card within 15 minutes after the start time of your reservation even if the door is open. If you don't, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

When you have reserved a group studio, all added users have access with their University card, too.

Yes, you do. Even if you've booked the same studio for multiple blocks of time, you need to swipe your University card again to check in.

The app supports English and Dutch. You can adjust your language preferences: Menu > Settings > Language.
