What should I do if I do not wish to, or am not permitted to, make my thesis fully open access?

When uploading your thesis via Hora Finita, you must also submit a signed licence agreement.
It is possible to state in this agreement that material in the thesis has been submitted for publication, or is in preparation for publication, and therefore cannot be published as open access. In that case, the full thesis will be subject to a one-year embargo.
