The Open Library of Humanities goes German
The open access publisher Open Library of Humanities (OLH) is planning a German website and is seeking German-speaking academics to join their editorial team.
German academics can apply to become Section Editors in their specific discipline. Akin to their English site, OLH will set up an editorial structure of academic editors across the humanities disciplines. According to OLH director Caroline Edwards, editors will be supported by German publishing and open access library professionals.
OLH is an academic-led, gold open access, peer-reviewed publisher that is funded through a model of library partnership subsidies. The University of Groningen was the first Dutch university to join them.
