Open access agreement with Elsevier

The Dutch universities and publisher Elsevier have reached an agreement about the package of journals in which open access publication is possible with no additional fee. The agreement will make it possible to reach 30% gold open access articles by corresponding authors by 2018. Elsevier designed a special webpage with additional information on the process.
