Book 'De Grote Methodiekengids': Alain Dekker on his open access experience

The book De Grote Methodiekengids: definitie - inventarisatie - praktische toepasbaarheid - wetenschappelijke onderbouwing van begeleidingsmethodieken voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking was published open access at University of Groningen Press (UGP) in January 2024. It provides a state-of-the art overview of psychosocial support methods for people with intellectual disabilities.

The book is edited by Alain Dekker, Irene IJpma and Martha Martens. In an interview, editor and author Alain Dekker (UG/UMCG) describes his motivation and experience with publishing an open access book.
