Want to book a studio? Download the Library app
Want to book a studio for yourself or for a group assignment at the UB City Centre? As of 1 September, you can do so via the Library app.
Your student card is your key
Simply install the app and create a reservation. Once you’re at the UB, there is no need to pick up a key at the reception desk: you can directly open the studio with your student card. When you reserve a group studio, all added visitors can access the studio with their student cards, too.
Please note that it’s no longer possible to make individual or group reservations via the LibCal booking system or at the UB’s reception desk. Instead, simply download the Library app.
Hold the UB in the palm of your hand
Did you know that the Library app is your one-stop shop that connects you to all the UB resources? Via the app, you can also search for literature and manage your loans, check opening hours, and find available computer workspaces while on the go.
Questions or suggestions? Feel free to send them to the following email address: library-app rug.nl.
Enjoy the UB 24/7, wherever you are from your phone!
Note: All other study places can still be booked via LibCal.
