Print Collection Catalogued
22 May 2026
A large portion of our print collection has recently been catalogued. We hold rare and old prints of buildings as well as portraits of famous individuals. Among other items, we have a printed portrait of Rudolph Agricola (1443/4-1485), one of the most important early humanist scholars in the Low Countries. His masterpiece De inventione dialectica is, like the print, kept in our strong room and available for consultation in the Special Collections reading room upon request. It is a unique copy due to the handwritten notes by a former reader.
