Frequently asked questions entrance tickets

I bought tickets online, but did not receive them. What should I do?

Please check if the tickets did not end up in your spam-folder. If not, and if the payment was succesful (money was withdrawn from your account), please contact the ticket service company: tickets@erfgoedpartners.nl. They will send you the digital tickets. If this is not possible or does not happen on time, you can still go to the museum. Please leave the email address with which you bought your ticket(s) at the museum..

I cannot visit the museum. Can I return my ticket?

This is not possible at the moment, but we are looking for a way to make this possible. Please contact us via: universiteitsmuseum@rug.nl

Can I change the time slot of my ticket(s) to a different day/time slot?

I have questions on the museum or the exhibition(s). How do I contact the museum?
