For adults (in English): Anatomy lesson + Anatomical Theatre tour

The anatomical collection of the University of Groningen has been praised by experts for many years. Anatomical education in Groningen also has a long tradition. For example, did you know that the first dissection in Groningen took place shortly after the founding of the University of Groningen in 1614?

During this anatomy lesson, a medical student from the University of Groningen will introduce you to the rich and fascinating history of anatomy and talk about the masterpieces of the collection during a tour of the Anatomical Theatre.

• Cost: Presentation and tour are free with a valid museum admission ticket
• Registration: Registration is not necessary, but is appreciated and can be done by sending an email to universiteitsmuseum@rug.nl. This way we can estimate the number of people interested.
