Former staff

f your are leaving the RUG due to retirement you have the option to keep your RUG account. With this, you retain access to electronic databases, journals and e-books.

Also, you can get a free library card for borrowing books from the UB. Borrowing books from other libraries is possible at the ILL rate for 'Other borrowers'

Please note: you will have to extend your account yourself every year.

Please choose: (Pre-)pension or accorded emeritus status (annually)

N.B. This only applies to former staff as mentioned above; not for staff leaving the UG for other reasons!
